At least 100 dead! – Headquarters of Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kharkov destroyed

Large losses of two Ukrainian formations

The 25th Airborne Brigade and the 57th Motorized Brigade of the Ukrainians recorded heavy losses in the greater Donbass region, culminating in the destruction of the Command Center in Kharkov.

The Russians have launched sweeping bombings across southeastern Ukraine from Kharkiv to Nikolaev. It is perhaps the heaviest bombing since the start of the war in Ukraine.

Russian military sources say that before the start of the Second Phase of the operation, strikes had to be preceded by military infrastructure, airports, warehouses, and facilities of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex.
